I'm in the same situation...
I have to go into work tomorrow and the next day, and I'm already skeptical...
I'm going to try my best though! Remember, it's okay to cry. If you have to, go into a bathroom, splash your face with water, just sit there, cry for a few minutes, take a deep breath, and trudge on.
I have trouble following through with that myself, but I have to try, and I know you do to.

(p.s. Tell your doctor about your feelings, they may refer you to a therapist) I went yesterday, and my doctor actually said I may have a personality disorder...Don't let it wait, get checked out! It may be more than just anxiety!
