Reality (to me) is the standard physics based world that we all live in on a practical level. I understand that there are many things we don't truly understand at the moment, but I just try to live on a practical level whenever I can. I don't have a hadron collider so I'm not going to worry about what sub-sub-atomic particles are doing. I'm quite happy knowing that electromagnetic fields are what bind atoms into the burrito that I'm eating. The burrito is much more important to me at that time.
I totally dig science and all, and love the implications of different dimensions and timelines and stuff, but practicality is what I rely on. Everything else; religion and magic and the unknown are just adventures waiting to be had.
