I was denied for SSI, which doesn't make sense,

On your application you stated that you are disabled because of hearing impairment, a speech impairment, basement membrane disease, tinnitus, and chronic shoulder pain. You are able to think, act in your own interest, communicate, handle your own affairs, and adjust to ordinary emotional stresses without significant difficulties. We realized that your conditions keep you from doing some work but it does not keep you from doing less demanding work. Based on age, education, and past work experience. First of all I thought I did horrible on the examination, not because I wanted to but I did some stupid things, I couldn't answer some of the questions properly. I Had to have my relative take me to the examinations. During the hearing test it made my hears hurt, I ended up sleeping the rest of the day. Secondly, I do not have any past work experience or training. And I'm barely starting out in college, mostly online courses.

Now for my question how do I appeal this?
