I've been seeing tdoc's for over 20 years. For the last 15 years, I've known that I have other parts. But I've never told a tdoc or pdoc that I may have multiple pesonalities. I've been dx'd with Clinical Depression, Panic and Anxiety Disorder, Agoraphobia, and Bipolar. During a 5 week stay in the hospital last year, the new pdoc added Borderline Personality Disorder with Depersonalization Disorder.

I was always afraid to tell them that I feel like I've got multiple personalites because I thought they would really think I'm crazy.

I have a new tdoc; had 5 sessions so far. I'm very pleased with him. He does Psychodynamic therapy and wants to see me twice a week. Finally, today I told him about these other parts, one in particular. And I feel great to let it out. I've held this secret far too long.
