Sorry that you experiencing this.
I hope that I didnot upset you with my question....
I was jsut confused about what you were asking.
Hypomania can run for weeks at a time and gradually or quickly turn into mania which could be jsut the hypo symptoms exaggerated...greater intensity.
When it starts to interfer with your job or home life then it has probably turned into mania or if you are having false beliefs or hallucinations..psychosis for sure.....what triggers you may be different than anyone else. Stress usually plays the biggest part of hypomania for me...I get overly stressed during the holidays and when ever I am going on vacation.i am going to take geodon prophalactically now a month ahead of time to help ward off the hypo mania before the holidays.
It can be a hard call since we are all so different.
Good luck and make sure you keep the lines of communication open with your pdoc.... Hopefully your most valuable asset in helping to manage your symptoms.
I wish you well.
