Are there any welfare programs in your area? I know being on welfare may not sound like a great thing, but being homeless isn't good either. Welfare programs can also assist people with getting jobs too.

It's great that you went to school & achieved those high grades! It's a shame you are having a difficult time finding employment. I know you feel so rejected right now, but keep your head up & keep trying. I personally know intelligent, good hearted people who have been rejected for jobs over and over again. Sometimes a person may be over qualified, sometimes under qualified.

I do not know what the deal is with these employers, but I hope you make it to med school. As hard as it is to keep getting rejected, keep trying. Don't lose hope. Your future depends on it, I hope you get hired soon.
Hi, I'm sorry. I didn't see your response until now. I assumed people stopped looking at my thread once it reached the second page, so I stopped checking.

I did start applying for food stamps, but something made me stop...I think it was asking for information I didn't know, so I closed the application and went to bed. I'll have to figure out where to go to ask someone to help me, I guess, but then I hear it can take a really long time to get approved for any type of welfare anyway.

Anyway, thanks. I hope I get hired too, but I don't see it happening anytime soon. I just keep getting messages saying I'm not qualified or not getting any response at all. I'm just not good enough.
