if you ever have swelling...you know the type where your skin actually hurts and burns, because it is so stretched, try this product, Traumed. when i smashed my ankle, the swelling bothered me almost as the pain from the bones and a neighbor got me this cream from a health food store. it's expensive but it totally takes the swelling down immediately. in fact, they have a website that has other products as well.
