hi, i have never posted in here or may be i have long ago. i got some sleep issues. i am 28 yrs old and not a morning person i used to get up early in the morning to watch tv (miss doing that). i am a deep sleeper, been that way since i was a kid. i am a night owl so i stay up late again since i was a kid and have more energy when i wake up late. i don't take sleeping drugs would never take those, my body, done my research, so there shouldn't be an argument about me not wanting to take them.
i have used lavender oil which is great stuff for sleep but the problem with that is i would end up sleeping late. i would sleep for like 10-12 hrs especially on the weekend. i wanted to get up today at 9am, alarm went off, dismissed it, and woke up again at 10 then went back to sleep. woke up at 1130am then i got up. i can't seem to get up and get stuff done takes me about 5-15 minutes to fully wake up!
i would go to bed thinking about things especially my inner voice arguing about the past, always hearing conversations in my head as i am sleeping. my diet could be better but if i had more hours at my job i can have more money to eat a better diet. i have told a doctor about my sleep issues long ago didn't really give me anything, but i lost my state insurance and need to reapply again. i could go to bed early and still wake up tired and groggy.
i am on a schedule in the morning as i do things before i go to work in the afternoon. any suggestions?
