I finally washed my hair tonight, Its been too long but the idea of a shower is just too much. I used the kitchen sink for my hair then took a long soak in the tub. Somehow that is easier to tolerate than a shower. And of course the lavender salts and bubbles are relaxing. Now if they would only put me to sleep, this mixed episode is draining me.
