my social worker did talked to me about a sleep schedule which i don't like. i have been going to bed at midnight. i need 9 hours of sleep as like i said 8 hrs doesn't cut it for me. i don't start my job until 2p (that will change later on for a short period) and i do visit the bookstore regularly visiting my ex coworkers.

the alarm went off today at 9am i just kept hitting it until i got up at 930am. yea, i am still trying to force my body to get up. i have been eating fruit and eating some meat for protein. i was tested for a thyroid issue, the test said i had a thyroid issue then it went back to normal. i haven't been back at the doctor in a couple of years since i had those tests done.

anemic? yep, i already knew i am anemic because i have a heavy period (heavy for 2 days one time it was heavy for 3 days) which has been decreasing in a couple months and other months it's like a river! i try to eat foods that have iron in them so i can replenish the lost rbc. i am the type of person who loves to stay up late watching late night shows, but can't do that now since i am working mon-friday.
