Joining this forum has certainly been an eye-opener. Chronophobia, who knew it had a name! And I'm there with ya. Also in my mid-thirties, I am ALWAYS obsessing about time, death and the PAST. Always. Don't have any advice for ya, but I'm learning today that just hearing you're not the only one is enormously helpful. Do you find that just laying out your thoughts helps in dealing with your
chronophobia? Really interested in this topic and others' experiences with it, as it truly is a life sucker if you fall down the chronophobia rabbit hole. Any experienced folks have any advice on how to pull oneself out of it? Thanks so much for posting this and providing a place to discuss.
