I've said it on a couple posts, so pardon the repeat, but I lost 30lbs of baby weight from both my boys on it. I'm taking what I think is a high dose, 60mg in the am and 80mg at night. I've been taking it at 6:30pm, but I'm not getting tired by 9:30pm--my absolute latest I can be up and still get up by 6am. I've been trying 6pm right after or before dinner, and I'm still having to take Ativan or Lunesta to help me sleep. But I've been slightly manic, I think from the Lamictal I'm also taking. I'm in the process of decreasing that to see if that helps.
