I didn't know this had a name either. I am right there with you all, I feel like all the sudden I just woke up and I am in my 50s. I really don't feel that old but now I am helping raise my grand kids. I sometimes feel like life has just passed me by. I guess that is why they say live for the moment which I am trying real hard to do now and hopefully it is not to late. I wish I had an answer that would help us all.
