What about going the therapy route? Continue talking with your therapist, work on relaxation techniques like meditation? Yoga and meditation help me tons. CBT is really good for anxiety.

I have always wondered if my irritability comes from a mixed type of episode or my anxiety. My anxiety is almost always there, at times worse than other times. But when I feel stable, my anxiety is also much less to the point of being very relaxed at times, and this is where I am not argumentative. For that matter, anxiety comes with my depression. The two seem to be related somehow.
