M81-or you could forgive yourself and go back to not eating refined sugar.

I made waffles this morning with leftover brown rice pudding (an attempt to salvage some extremely bad brown rice i screwed up), baking powder, kefir, eggs, olive oil, sprouted whole wheat flour and ground flax seed. I make a syrup with honey and bragg liquid aminos. Quite tasty and not nearly as heavy as I had expected. Adding the baking powder really helps. I like to use up leftover grain by putting them in waffles which I freeze and then have a quick and easy breakfast. I often put peanut butter on them instead of my syrup mixture.
