Hello everyone, I am seeking support for anxiety and stress management. In the past I have had three panic attacks but feel that is under control. Their is still anxiousness when I am overwhelmed and cannot shut my mind off. I do meditate and walk to release this, but when I get overly stressed, sometimes I do get a little panicky. I try to be conscious of this, any insight, information, and or guidance would be much appreciated.
