I've been posting in threads in a very selfish way too. If I feel it applies to me, then I'll comment about how it does. I guess this depression is so bad that it's hard for me to be very supportive of others when I'm really floundering. Hopefully my selfishness will change as my depression lessens. I do feel like I owe a debt to PC since it's been such a lifesaver for me. I'm just not there right now.
