I just stated it a bit over a month ago. You choose if you want to share it or ask for reports to be sent only to your email address. It's all machine no humans unless you choose to share the info. I don't when I want to see the charts I request them to send it. I think you can also set up automatic charts, I think there is a choice to of how you want those sent if you don't want email.
