This morning I woke up and felt very anxious. It has somewhat ebbed and flowed throughout the day but it has been higher than usual. This is problematic because I have three major papers and far too many major tests in the next couple weeks and the anxiety has left me with severe writers block, which has only made the anxiety worse. What can I do to alleviate the anxiety in the short term so I can get through the end of my semester? Thanks
