use the patch, calculate how much nicotine you need to take the edge off and keep it one step below that. Always stay in withdrawal but more manageable. You can do this!
When you get a craving do something you never could do while smoking. I brushed my teeth a lot, took showers, went for short brisk walks. Stuff like that. Stay away from things where smoking went hand in had. For me coffee, alcohol, driving, parties, etc.
