I don't really listen to music when I'm angry. But when I'm down and hopeless I listen to "Perfect" and "Welcome to My Life" (both by Simple Plan) , "The Reason" by Hoobastank, "Hold On" by Good Charlotte. I don't really know why, but I also like to listen to "Bloody Valentine" (also by Good Charlotte)... maybe because the tune is so catchy and sad sounding.
