I'm sorry - you're probably right. And it's not uncommon for a person to get an initial diagnosis of BP2 when later it's discovered to actually be BP1. I was initially diagnosed with "chronic clinical depression." Later, this fool diagnosed me with "borderline personality disorder." It wasn't until I was arrested by the FBI (this isn't a joke here) that several forensic psychiatrists declared me a BP1.
