Personally I found seroquel/quetiapine useless both as a antipsychotic and a mood stabiliser, but YMMV.
In terms of mood stabilisers, there's lithium, lamictal/lamotrigine, carbamazepine/Tegretol and sodium valproate/depakote. Those are the big ones that I know about. You might find it helpful to post in the bipolar forum.
