I understand, too. I'm at work and can't wait until I get off and can curl back up in bed. My pdoc keeps trying to get my mind straightened out but he's not having much luck. I've been depressed so long I can't remember what it feels like to be normal. I hope yours goes away soon. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other.
