If the tremor is from Depakote, the only way to have it eventually go away is to stop Depakote. Propranolol, Cogentin etc. are antidotes to tremor caused by antipsychotics
Meds, not anticonvulsants. My tremor on Depakote was downright horrible - way worse than what my elderly grandma got post stroke. Luckily, it did go away, but not the very second I stopped Depakote
