The only med I've ever taken that caused a hand tremor in me was Depakote. It was so bad I could hardly get food to my mouth. But as Hamster-Bamster said, it went away once I stopped Depakote. So, maybe Depakote is now the culprit.

I know people can get tardive dyskinesia which can be permanent from taking antipsychotic meds.
