I had a shower every two days now, this ends my record of taking one every day for close to a month. I have been in a depressed mood lately. Apparently my change in mood can dramatically affect my functioning. I have accomplished nothing in the last few days and missed an appointment. So I guess the frequency of my showers indicates when I am depressed.
