Thanks for the replies, the early intervention team know about the messages from things they only seem to give me medication for it. I've tried olanzapine, abilify and quitiapine before my risperdal injections. At the moment i'm under the crisis team and i think they want me to go to hospital but i don't really want to go. I still see my CPN and she's helpful but i can tell she doesn't really believe me so i don't really tell her much anymore. On the plus side i'm feeling a bit better today, i've tried not watching t.v and actually going outside and it seems to be helping although i still get a bit paranoid when i'm out and people look at me
