I'm struggling with..needing someone to hear me. I feel lost among the noise of daily life. It seems everyone is too busy to hear me and what is happening within my mind. I can't seem to get a understanding as to why I need someone to hear my (silent screams) for help. I'm in therapy, (again) but still need more then what is presently available. How can I get heard. How can I stop the thoughts which are haunting my mind. Journaling just brings up more paniky feeling.
