Perhaps you could talk to your therapist for more structure,like a psychiatric rehabilitation therapy program where you're with a bunch of people and read about self esteem and do art and have book club and learn about overcoming shame and have social clubs or a partial hospitlaization program where, again, you're with other people going through the same stuff, and there's individual and group attention together, working together to get yourself HEARD. I'm not sure the resources your community has....but your T sure would know...there's a lot out there.....write us again and update us...
