really,struggling have been promised a named care cordinator and crisis support and none of it is happening.i am scaring myself i am wanting to cut deeper and deeper and struggling to cope with wounds . I feel abandoned,i hate asking for help i feel pathetic, cant deal with this s### anymore (((
