This may not be the same but when I was 14 I was put on Zoloft because they thought I was depressed. I developed a complex motor tic disorder and most doctors haven't seen anything like it before. When I am anxious I experience a wide variety of tics, some vocal, and sometimes my whole body convulses and look like I am being electrocuted or having a seizure. I was taken off Zoloft immediately but 12 years later I still have it. :/ It may be because I was so young at the time. But it is manageable.
