I think it's a great idea that you go to a therapist. In my experience therapy has been a great help. Dreams like you are having (sadly) seem to be common. Last night I had one. In my dream it seemed normal and not a bad thing to be abused and yet when I woke up I was horrified. Interesting how our brains are always trying to process our experiences and make sense of them.
