I agree with you that most people who get denied because of lack of evidence and proper information is a huge probability. But it can also be the fault of the other party. My first denail letter was very unprofessional like, there was no reason, they just said I didn't have what I said I that I have. I'm glad they re-sent it.

Thanks guys, I did the appeal online, I also didn't put down my daily activities correctly the last time. So I put I couldn't finish it correctly the first time due to needing help because of my disability, it's really hard for me to put my thoughts into words. Last time I didn't send in the authorization form for medical release that may be the reason that they couldn't get my evidence. I did, this time. This time I'm going to call and keep check just in case because it was when I was a child I had gone to the doctor for my hearing impairment. I might have nerve damage so I told my mom we should take me to see a neurologist that might help my case.
