Lovebird, it may take time for the team to discuss something you pm'ed a team member about so that we are directing you in the best way possible. It's not that we are ignoring you, it's that we are in the middle of discussing it.

We are all volunteers and here at different times of day/night. It can take some time for us to get on the same page.

Also, as Yoda stated, this is a holiday weekend for many. Your post here in this forum was posted at 12:30AM Eastern Time. Many of our team members are in the Eastern Time section of the country.
