I am VERY sorry you are feeling this way. Making a list of more positive things to do can help at times when you are feeling less than active and scared. Looking forward to doing somehting helpsto feel less lonely and depressed at times. Calling friends and visiting someone in a different environment helps sometimes as well, Your therapist can help you as well with making a committment to yourself to do things that help you feel less isolated that make you feel less overwhelmed and less frightened.
