That's great that your getting together today! That will be comforting for you. :-) try and focus on the fact that summer is still three months away. She's not gone yet! When is she actually leaving? Also colleges have counseling offices where you can get free therapy. They want to support you so you feel stable to get thru yr classes. You can know that they are there to help you when yr really in a crisis too. Where do you live? I'm in Portland Oregon. I'm really glad that I'm helping you. I suffer from the same illness you've got so yr not alone! I've been in a depressive episode for about 4 or 5 months and I'm finally climbing out of it. My.pdoc put me on another med to help me. It's called latuda. I'm also on lamictal, geodon, neurontin, lexapro and adderall for my adhd. I'm diagnosed with bipolar depression, bpd, anxiety and ptsd. I'm difficult to treat but I'm starting to do better. I go to weekly therapy, dbt therapy and.monthly appts with my pdoc. Whew! I do alot but my mental health is very important to me. I'm really fortunate to have insurance to do all that. I can't recall what meds yr on?
