Meds (Zyprexa and Stelazine) have made a big difference in my depression and anxiety. It's not completely cured, but much better than it was off meds and my moods are more stable.

My ADD med (Dexedrine) is highly effective as well.

I do have a fair list of failed meds as well, and have decided to live with a certain level of depression because anti-depressants seem to cause mixed episodes for me, as I hear they do to a lot of people with Bipolar. I was lucky to find Stelazine to treat my anxiety since nothing else works.

So far every type of therapy I've tried has made me significantly worse, so I'm lucky the meds alone make my symptoms tolerable.
