For anxiety, something that helps me is drinking herbal tea. Celestial's sleepytime tea is good -- it doesn't sedate, it's more of a relaxant. Any kind of chamomile tea helps.
Consider little steps for self-care. A shower and body scrub? A foot soak? A DIY face mask? Call a friend to say Happy Easter? Write a random note to someone you haven't been in touch with?
