Okay sso recently I had a panic attack in a restaurant bathroom. I felt like I couldn't breathe, wanted to cry and almost got sick. I don't really know why. I think it was just the way the bathroom was constructed kind of small and there was a weird door on the wall and a drain on the floor and I just felt like someone was going to try to kill me and the door was really heavy so I had trouble opening it and at first I thought I couldn't open it so I was freaking out and that's when I almost threw up but the door opened and I was fine after that. Has this happened to anyone else?
