it seems like as soon as I feel better I don't think I need to stay on top of it any more, like I don't want to exercise and I don't think it's that important to eat right, and stay up too late, etc. then I start to go downhill again. lately I have been repeating this pattern over and over. does anybody have a good way around this? It's almost like I forget how miserable it can be which doesn't make any sense.
