Ok so I started a new "diet" or lifestyle haha.
Which I am suppose to eat about 1300 calories a day.
I'm on day 6 and have been able to keep to it!
But I feel so hungry all the time!
I take really small bites to try to make it last through out the day.
But still so hungry feeling!
Or maybe it's just a mental hunger. Like I just wanna eat everythingbecause I'm holding back...
Any tips./ideas?
BTW I'm 19, 5'2", not sure how much I weigh but the goal is about 110. Which i'm suppose to be (if I keep at 1300 cal) at in September 2014.
