If those things are helping you then I would keep doing them. I can hardly do any of those and I think it makes my depression worse. I'm glad you've found a way to feel better. I go to therapy, dbt therapy and see my pdoc and that's as far as u get to taking care of my mental health. I know I need to exercise but I can't seem to motivate myself into doing it. So I'd keep doing what yr doing! I know that it helps. I don't really know how to get around it other than going to therapy. That's really important part of treatment too. Sorry I not of much help.
