I always forget very simple nouns and I stutter on words until I have to say a completely different word, but lately words have been coming out half in half.

It's cold in here- it's hold in cere
The keys are broken- The beys are kroken

It's something that just slips out, but if I try to do it on purpose to explain it takes me time to think it out.
