Relapses are tough, so I'm sorry you had to go through that. I know it's hard...but try not to feel bad about it. Cutting is an addiction that is not easily recovered from, and relapse is a normal part of recovery. Just hang in there. And the next time you're feeling really triggered, one of my favorite alternatives is "cutting" with a (washable) red marker or pen...you might try that. I didn't expect it to work so well, but it really does.
