I'm freaked out because, I really need to tell my parents some stuff that is going on, that my theripist told me I need to go to a pychotrist. Since, I'm only 15, my parents really don't listen all that much to me. So, I don't think I can do it. I mean, I don't even tell them about my hyperventalating.Because, all they do is ignore me. I can''t handle this stuff.....
