I've taken B-12 shots every month for years due to a medical condition, but I've not noticed any change in alertness and mood. I suspect my mood would suffer were I to stop (but in that case mood would become a tertiary problem).

My dog  mastered the "fetch" command. He would communicate he wanted something, and I would fetch it.
