It sounds like paranoia to me. I've experienced it before. Mine had to do with big pharma trying to control me through prescribed medications, and I would quit my medications all the time because of it.

You can tell your husband without using an accusatory voice. This can also be a symptom of a bigger problem (perhaps distrust in the relationship?) and it's manifesting itself though the paranoid thought. Something I find helpful is doing reality checks by talking to supportive people and listing the reasons its an actual threat verses non-reality. Since you're able to distinguish that it seems far fetched and ridiculous, it means you're not delusional.
