It's in your best interest to be evaluated by a mental health professional than to "self-diagnose" from quizzes, and other material.
Though it is interesting and even offer great info, one can get uneccesary anxiety wondering, making matters worse.
What you are expierencing, can be several things, and not Bipolar disorder, it may thyroid and/or hormone imbalances, I always feel a person should have a physical to rule out any health issues first. For years I would tell my docs all my physical symptoms that were all related to thyroid and they'd say "the bloodwork is within normal range", that does not always mean anything when a person has almost every single symptom of hypothyroidism and should be treated for the thyroid imbalance. Instead they'd say, "you are depressed" or "you are stressed", and then hand out prescriptions for AD's. I won't go into my longwinded rant on this experience of mine, what you have described about yourself is not necessarily Bipolar, even though symptoms may seem to fit some of the things you experience, best to let a professional do an evaluation and then go from there. I understand how difficult this may all be.
Please take care,
DE
