What type on antihistamine are you taking? Some work better than others. I live in like the worst area in US for allergies...Ohio Valley! I know Claritin doesn't do well for me but Allegra is better. I take Singulair and use Flonase every day and it helps me. A lot of people I know take a spoonful of local raw honey everyday to help...
